Sometimes I think we like the punishment of people being mean, in anyway, to us. Battered women stay with their shit husbands, guys staying with their girlfriends who mistreat them; playing with their emotions, girlfriends who stay with their guys who don’t ever give them someone to lean on or don’t ever give words of encouragement. Why? Do we do this because we don’t feel like we deserve better? Those who believe they do are called bitches or dives at times or douchebags or whatever haters come up with. “You’ll never find someone else like me!” Yeah I hope not, you’re a turd! Be kind, loving, and respectful to your loved ones but don’t hesitate to want the same in return… If you’re not getting that, maybe you need to change the person you are with to change your circumstances. Just saying….
